Very enjoyable stay in Toledo, thirty years since we last visited.

Room had a lovely view of the old town which was lit up at night. Pleasant staff at reception. Good breakfast. About 10 minutes walk to the old town centre.

Great hotel, poor breakfast

The hotel is in a great location - it was easy for me to walk around and get to the shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, and the staff members were lovely, particularly the front of desk staff members and the cleaners.

The breakfast was terrible. The fried eggs were stale, the fruit was stale and some of the yoghurt pots had expired. I was very disappointed with the breakfast, both by the quality and the lack of variety. I had to eat toast, yoghurt and granola every single day of my trip. Also, to make the stay better, I think the hotel should look at partnering with tourist companies to ensure that visitors can easily book excursions.

Execellent location with super bedrooms. Breakfast disappointing.

Our room was stunning. In the old building with its own hot tub. Extremely comfortable and clean. We also liked having a Coffee machine in the room. The staff on the reception desk were lovely. The parking was secure.

The breakfast was quite poor especially when compared with all the other hotels we stayed in. The toaster took forever, and only stone cold and rubbery fried eggs were provided which stuck to the pan on both days. We had to argue to obtain a cappuccino when the machine was right behind the rather sullen and unhelpful breakfast staff. The hotel did not offer evening meals outside of Friday and Saturday.

Best Hotel in Toledo

Hotel was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable the bedroom and bathroom were generous in size. The staff were helpful at all times. The breakfast is superb and set us up for the day. This hotel made our visit to Toledo very memorable indeed. Evelyn Murphy

Ok hotel, you expect more services in a hotel of this size in a large city

Location close to the old walled city.

Very difficult getting in & out of the underground car park, even in a mid size car Mk8 VW Golf. Also the day we arrived No Cafe, No Bar, No Restaurant. That evening was monsoon weather, so had to eat snacks in our room. The following night we enjoyed a very good meal in the hotel restaurant.
