A great short break.

The rooms were big. The staff were outstanding. A perfect location for the sights and restaurants. Very central.

Very good

Nice but unusual hotel. Great rooms and bathrooms, no lift from ground floor to first floor. This could be a problem for some people.

there is not really a bar, but owner lady very helpful to get drinks etc.

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Toledo.

The location was terrific, overlooking the main square but not noisy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We had to carry luggage up a long flight of stairs before reaching the check-in area and the elevator to upper levels.

The hotel has loads of character, is in a brilliant location and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

You have to carry suitcases up to reception, which is on the first floor, as there is no lift.

enjoyed our time in Toledo.

Central location.

The shower. Hotels go to a lot of trouble to renovate but forget the customer. the shower unit was dangerous, slippy floor surface, no grab handles. nowhere to put your shampoo etc.

We had a great trip and were made to feel very welcome by the staff.

Great location, friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Lovely roof Terence with stunning views.

You so get a fair bit of noise from the square on public holidays and the weekends. We used ear plugs and it was absolutely fine. There is only a limited breakfast which needs to be booked in advance but the location is surrounded by food options so it was not an issue.

Cant beat the location and would stay here again. Staff was outstanding.

Great location in a walkable city. On the main square and I thought noise would be an issue but it was very quiet. Breakfast was nice for the price.

The coffee was pod coffee and could have been better. It is normal to have single serve pod coffee in the room but I was surprised to see the same thing at breakfast.
