Very good

It was a nice stay

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and attended to all needs and always ready to help. Rooms were spacious and all amenities were present. Kept the rooms clean with daily housekeeping. Had a great stay

Heating from the AC in one room stopped working therefore there was no other heating source in the room.

Fair considering the price.

Location was convinient at the central area of Katmandu. Room was very spacy and wide.

No hot water available even after running water more than 5 minutes. Better not to choose this hotel during cold winter season.

The hotel is located in the middle of Tamel area, heart of tourist area, all facilities are in walking distance. Lot of shopping facilities, you can get dental, eye check up near by for good price. Good restaurants around. Only thing is the hotel has only problem is the hotel has no lift in case you have problems walking. Otherwise best place and very friendly staffs

Great price for the value

The staff was amazing! Very accommodating and willing to help. The room was unique and fun as well. Felt very safe at all times.

There were some cleanliness issues, like the tub having stains, the bedding having stains, the bed frames having stains on top, and the presence of termites.
