Disappointing

would not return but if we did we would ask for a different room than 211.

shower was amazing, location was really good too, place in general was quiet at night, the staff was kind

the bed was the worst bed i've ever slept in, it made noise every time we turned, kept waking us up, we had two terrible nights of sleep and were in a hurry so we couldn't ask for a different room. The bathroom was not bad but the lighting was terrible (i had to do my make up with my phone's light)

Very disappointing

The room was clean and comfortable

The cafeteria/ restaurant was very much below expectation. Only the lady in the morning showed any friendliness. We booked half board and only 2 choices on each of the menu of which a beef burger with a very small salad, no fries. Very basic with unfriendly service.

It was quite convenient for a wedding at close premises. Beds are comfortable Hotel staff is very nice

Restaurant staff wasnt very friendly plus it is rather expensive. Rooms and halls are very cold (not cosy at all)

Excellent and would recommend it to others.

Location perfect. Didn't have breakfast there.

Dinner outside vwry good and reasonably priced. Good atmosphere. Shower tray very dangerous. Could easily slip in the shower. Needs attention@

Good hotel with an excellent choice of traditional Spanish dishes.

Easy to locate. About 1.5 miles from nearest point to Toledo old town with variable quality paths or none making walking problematic. Better to drive. Hotel well equipped and serviced. Rooms functional and well cleaned. We only ate in the cafeteria where an adequate breakfast was served and we had a most excellent dinner one evening.

The location, but that was our problem!
