Disappointing.

This hostel does not live up to its promise. Unfortunately. It needs a lot more love to make it a pleasant place to stay.

Uncomfortable bed. Lack of bedding. Small room. Smell of damp. Seen better days.

Location was good.

Smell of sewage in the room and halls. They had no hand soap in the lobby washroom for 3 days in a row. Room didn't seem clean, towels were stained. Overall it was a basic room for cheap price.

Great location. Also rooms are quite, so you can have a good sleep. Good breakfast - regular continental but nothing special, worth 10 EUR.

Hotel is in an old building, so everything looks a bit old, but nothing critical! Just you feel the environment of the city. Anyway, I recommend this hotel. Good price vs quality ratio.

perfect location, not a comfortable place.

the location is incredible, right at the heart of the old city, you are at the center of town the moment you walk out the door

very small room, the bed was comfy, but against the wall so one person must jump over the other if needs to get out of bed in the middle of the night. they only provide one key so we must go always together, otherwise one person won't have access to the room.

Mixed feeling about this hotel. Excellent location but

Location is excellent, right bang next to the main cathedral. You can visit all important places in Toledo by foot without too much height difference (Toledo is built on a big hill).

Beds were too short, too hard and not comfy. AC did not really cool, so we opened the windows (outside temperature below 20), the nearby bar made a lot of noise for a long time. No sleep in first part of hotel. Next day asked for another room, not possible hotel full. We travelled by car and the last 500m in this old medieval town was driving through such narrow roads that we had te retract our mirrors. The Tesla in front of us really struggled. And of course no parking space. To the parking garage and 10 mins walk back to the hotel. Good we offloaded our bagage. Advice: pard immediately in parking garage and use a taxi, when you have much luggage, or walk.
