Very good

Excellent stay

The warm and friendly reception made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with fantastic views over the city. It was an easy and very enjoyable walk into town and just as easy to catch the bus on the return journey. Parking was easy, in front of the hotel.

Pretty and traditional decor. Views of Toledo. Staff were very pleasant

Bed was small. No fridge in room. No facilities for making a hot drink in room. Access from garden bar to hotel was closed so had to walk all round outside. Restaurant was not relaxing as a large conference party were served drinks and canapes behind a flimsy screen while we tried to enjoy a quiet meal.We had to leave early and take our wine up to the bedroom.. We had not been warned of this event or we could have eaten outside the hotel. In the night there was no water supply and this continued during the morning. We delayed leaving until 9.30 hoping to shower but water had not been restored. This was due to some outside supply issue outside hotel control and all staff could do was supply bottled water to clean our teeth and provide a cup of coffee and piece of toast..

Would stay there again

The view of Toledo from the room was spectacular. The room was best described as traditional Spanish and very comfortable. Food and wine in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
