Great place, reasonable price and convenient

Funky atmosphere in lobby and rooms. Rooms had everything for comfort including kettle, iron, dressing gowns etc. location was right near trains and bus. Easy access from airport

Exceptional

First there was a bit of a hiccup as I requested an early check in but the room was not available. Then we were told that we could not stay there for the whole two weeks that was booked due to the place closing. I have to say the manager Denise went out of her way to rectify all that was happening to make us as comfortable as possible. Even found us accommodation at another hotel to complete our stay. The staff was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable especially after traveling for 26hrs that was all we looked for and it exceeded our expectations. I want to thank Denise and the staff for their exceptional services.

We loved our stay here! The staff were amazing and the room was amazing. We will definitely be back!

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us when we told them we were celebrating one of our friend's hens night. They surprised us with a room upgrade and even a bottle of bubbles! Made us all feel very special!
