My room was upgraded for free Staff was very helpful Excellent laundry service Transfer from/to airport and help with carrying luggage Beautiful territory, building and room, excelent bathroom

Could be more cleen windows, though I understand this is problem of dust in all KTM, not in hotel only Could be new curtains

Superb

Highly recommended for anyone visting Kathmandu.

I felt safe and secure as a single female business traveler. The location was ideal for my trips into the office and had good access to shops and historical sites. Staff were friendly and respectful and always helpful. Rooms were a good size and the views were stunning over the city.

Nothing...

The aircon off every morning around 5am and the room become unbearable hot once the sun is up. Breakfast doesnt have much choice.

Overall good

On the day of checkout, Internet service, AC working, and exit enter card automatically disable. we already informed to reception for extension of only 1hr from 12:00 noon to 13:00 but unfortunately my room was looked This is not a good way, we travelled multiple countries and never see that behavior from any 4-5 start hotel.
