Truly friendly staff without exception. Great breakfast with a large selection. Everywhere clean. Situated close to bus stop and in a quiet location.

We were in Stockholm for the second time. But this time with our three children. We have only the best impressions about the hotel. Incredibly responsive staff always ready to help you. We used the underground parking, where I paid for parking per day, but did not know that a different tariff should be selected when charging an electric car. We received a fine of 150 Kr from the parking administration, but the hotel kindly took care of the fine and paid it. This is incredible! This is what I call the best customer service. We had a lovely large room for our big family, and we also enjoyed the hotel's breakfast. The hotel has a great location. We will definitely come back here again, but this time in the summer :) Merry Christmas to you and thank you for our warm stay.

Fantastic hotel in great location

The hotel was so beautifully decorated for Christmas, friendly welcoming staff, fantastic breakfast in a stunning dining room and very comfortable room. Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to Skansen, the Abba museum and the regular ferry to the old town. Fantastic hotel.

The only thing that lets it down is the awful lumpy pillows! I spent the weekend with a really bad neck pains.

Quality hotel, great convenient location brillant breakfast.

Amazing hotel great location for the ferry and the tram. First-class breakfast and sauna. Great communication before and during our stay. All staff really helpful.
