The Hotel Gudamendi offers fast check-in and friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, and a nice restaurant with a stunning view. The pool is enjoyable, and the location is convenient for those with a (Read More) car. However, the bar/restaurant atmosphere can be stressful with limited staff, and the gym could use an upgrade. Overall, it is a hidden gem with well-equipped rooms and excellent service, although some staff could be friendlier. The hotel is worth the journey up the mountain for its incredible view. Highly recommended by repeat guests.

OK. Wouldn't stay again or recommend it to others.
We were told we couldn't sit on the patio and have coffee because we didn't purchase their buffet. That is absurd We paid to stay at the hotel...???????? Cafe staff were a bit abrupt. Seemed to have issues with "foreigner"or possibly having a bad day. We share the issue about having our coffee on the patio and they said that was absurd also but no action.

Extra price for baby bed after reservation, furthermore extremely noisy rooms, you could hear the neighbors up 2am in the night. Not recommended.

It was pleasant but would have expected more from a 4star hotel.
The location was lovely. The reception area was very nice and welcoming. The garden was nice.
The property needs updating. The gardens need maintenance. Our room was quite noisy all night.
