Everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back and stay there again!

Everything at the hotel was new and clean and well thought out. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at Narru restaurant was very good and being located in the hotel was very convenient.

Fantastic hotel

Lovely spacious room with mini bar, coffee maker, dressing gowns and slippers. We connected the phone to the bluetooth speaker to listen to music. Good shower. Great location, walking distance to the old town and beaches. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Incredible value for money. I highly recommend this fantastic hotel.

Honestly, the Hotel Arbasso was the best hotel I stayed at in either the Basque Country or Catalunya. The bathroom was magnificent. The bed was large, and the sauna in the hotel was exceptional. Additionally, the staff was super courteous and very sweet and responsive to our wishes, and the valet service for the hotel was reasonable and prompt. This was an absolutely stunning hotel that I will come back to when I am in San Sebastian.
