Simply excellent!

Beautiful view of the ocean and extremely great service by the staff especially Itziar who served us for breakfast. She is extremely detailed and recommended delicious items for our breakfast.

Superb

The top choice around San Sebastian

Ocean view great and well exploited by the architectural design. Proximity to town and countryside very appreciated. Personnel great -the concierge services in particular were outstanding. Rooms well appointed, ambience very pleasing, excellent sleep comfort. Quality of breakfast top, even if it was only a la carte -no buffet offered. Welcome snacks & bottle of wine in the rooms much appreciated.

An outdoor swimming pool was missed by all of us. It's essential for summer holidays. We were not lucky enough to try the famous restaurant, but this is not the hotel's fault. Trying to find some "easy" food in the casual restaurant, we were surprised to find out that the entire menu was gourmet style, even if the restaurant did not really support such endeavours (space, ambience & style etc.) Value for money not great, but service and overall quality justify the elevated prices.

Very stylish and perfectly done hotel

The Michelin restaurant was not available for us, because was fully booked. It will be very useful to have an option of reservation for the guests of the hotel. Its not hard to write a message for the guest, and ask for the reservation needed.

Luxury at its best

We loved our stay and really enjoyed the service. The room service hamburger was delicious as were the little extra touches youd expect from this restaurant. Staff friendly and relaxed. Felt at home.

Great hotel rooms but extremely pricey for the quality of the service (food, spa, etc)

Location, facilities and rooms (clean, well designed)

Oteiza restaurant and snack bar. Extremely expensive, not god value for money. Service level is quite disappointing. Not a great place to stay if you look for a good options besides Akelarre flagship restaurant

Amazing location. Charming, helpful staff. Really comfortable, well appointed room with a lovely view. Exceptional restaurant. Very good breakfasts.

Worth noting the pool indoors and there is really nowhere to sunbathe.

Everything. Its surreal.

Service was pretty good. One front desk/bellman stood out. He got us a reservation at the restaurant and was really exceptional in his service. The rest of the staff was ok.

Fantastic! Relaxing!

The views are fantastic - you can enjoy a drink as you look at the sea and the surrounding beauty. The staff was super lovely and friendly. The design and aesthetic were simple yet elegant. Every room had a balcony with an amazing view. Its a perfect place to get away.

I would have preferred if the breakfast was a buffet (but thats a personal preference) but you can order however many dishes you like and they are decently sized and taste lovely! I do wish they had a pool!
