Dreamy!!!

This is a dream come true type of moment I so wish we had stayed more than one night. We will go back for sure The smell they sprayed in the hotel is dreamy too. Staff amazing

Elegant property full of charm

Beautiful property located in a very elegant part of San Sebastian (15 mins walking distance from city center). Perfect stay: big room with refined dcor. Staff was helpful and smiling all the time. Breakfast was simply perfect. Would go back again!

Overall superb visit, lovely hotel, good location, beautiful grounds and exceptionally helful staff.

breakfast and evening snack meal were both excellent & staff were helpful and very friendly

Not too keen on being in seperate annex building although the room was great

Definitely wish to be able to visit it again in the future.

Everything was perfect. Juan at the reception friendly and professional. Breakfast was very well prepared and the ladies always kind. Rooms (No 12 and 13) exceeded our expectations.

Not so easy to control of the hot water.

Winter nightmare in a sugarcoating gift wrap

Heating. Only heating is through aircon inside the superior room and in the building where superior rooms are located, but is was not working properly. Not the first time, booking through this platform and getting the worst room in the category, especially since genius status. They offered a new room in the same category and building, where heating supposed to work properly, but it was not the case. It was noisy for sure but mostly cold air came out. In the main building you can find some working radiators but not in the building where superior rooms were located. Only air conditioning with cold air.
