Great location. Great comfy rooms

Excellent location. Great comfy beds and pillows. Nice decent breakfast

Cleaning needs to be a bit improved. Security as well. Anyone can walk into the hotel and up in the rooms. Doors need to be locked all the time if you are inside the room. Otherwise anyone can open your door like it happened to me. Some random guy entered my room

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast included was great and the location spot on. The view from the room was amazing, you can see the mountains on a clear day. Highly recommended!

Very good

Fab location in nice cozy hotel

Great location in Zurich, spacious room, nice products in bathroom. Wonderful breakfast with great choice in a nice restaurant , very relaxing. Hotel gave me for my Bday a bottle of wine, lovely gesture.

The location was prefect for us

When I told the guy at reception about the noise coming from other rooms all he could say sorry, when i told him I had made a reservation in August 2024 he replied that they were renovating the 4th floor (the one we stayed on) in January 2024. I said I may just have to rethink my reservation. Not once did he offer any form of compensation fro the stomping of feet and running water in a bath, hearing the TV and people talking ext door. I stayed in Room45

Romantic!

I was looking to just drop off bags since my family arrived early, but they had rooms ready early and let me check in early! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and happy to assist. It was in a convenient location next to the Opernhaus Christmas Market and station as well.

The elevator was a little small. Could fit two people or 1 person with luggage comfortably.
