Ohh god I just want say much but it took more than hour to bring my food that was dinner and kids where tired and hungry it was so awful I dont suggest with kids its the best place waste of money

Good stay, nice staff, helpful, willing to go the extra mile. Tops location.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The property was in a good location close to everything. Room was clean. Facilities were good. Good value for money.

The hotel was renovating at the time so it was noisy. I have no other complaints and would defiantly stay at this hotel again.

They were renovating the Hotel and they put us in the Room were they had newly painted so there was strong odour of the paint. When asked they changed us to a smaller room.

Upon my arrival, I discovered that our booking was unilaterally canceled, and the room we had reserved was given to someone else. The staff at the hotel offered to direct us to alternative accommodations in the vicinity. However, the alternative hotel, Art Hotel, proved to be quite disappointing. The room provided was a standard double room, unsuitable for a family, and it was in a rather deplorable condition. The room exhibited visible signs of neglect, with damp and moisture-stained walls. The bed linens were also soiled, with noticeable burn marks, possibly from cigarette use. To our surprise, despite the advertised price of Rs 1600 per night on their website, we were charged the full price for our stay.
