Convenient and close proximity to super Mall of Asia.

Location and safety

No warm water, no wash cloth, lack of dishes and utensils. TV didnt work well

Disappointing

Not worth the money or hassle.

Its close to the mall of Asia and you are not sleeping on the street.

Didnt like this place too much. The staff seemed to think joking around and being unprofessional was important to their job. The restaurant food is garbage. Whatever you do dont get a room on the street side. Its extremely noisy and especially in the early morning. The buses honk their horns incessantly every though the streets are clear. Its very loud. The taxi drivers outside of the hotel are rip offs and will try to bully you and talk crap if you dont accept their fares. Horrible negotiators. Just walk away or refuse them.

Want so clean and very hot. The showers are very tiny and drain smells

Needs improvement!

the location because its near to everything. its very accessible in terms of transpo if we dont like to use our car. we even walk from the hotel to Mall of Asia and it just took us 15mins. and almost 7 mins coming back because we ride a taxi since we went and buy some stuff. The room is good and spacious. Always clean as they always replace our towels everyday.

The elevator always takes a long time to come down and the floor tiles are packed with packing tapes maybe because they are moving and old. The waiting chair in the receptions are dirty and old. Does it supposed to be the nicest since it welcomes visitor. They should look inviting and comfortable right? The breakfast is costly and not worth it because its so messy and chaotic.

Good location for airport but very dated

Proximity to the airport was excellent. Although we were only there for one night, it would be a good location if you wanted to visit the Mall. Bed exceptionally comfortable.

A terrible odour permeates the hotel and our room was awfully smelly. A bit like its been flooded at one point and the musty smell has never gone away. The hotel is quite worn and it shows. No towels when we arrived and we had to ring for them. Hot water non existent, lukewarm, and we were informed its the hottest it gets. Minor inconveniences but after a long travel day it doesnt make us want to stay again.

NOT COOL PLACE :( like before

For the room we always prefer the 2 bes (1 for our daughter and 1 Queen Size for us).

First thing, there is a missing towel. When we call the front desk we are inform on the shortage and it will arrived in few hours. They offer some bathrobe which is not bad as well. What could be improve is to inform us upfront about the issue so we dont need to call back and follow up. In the past they even check on us after we check which means they really value their customer. Over the years and months the good customer service deteriorate. I ask for a room make up since we woke up very late. I inform one of the cleaner but never show up. Also i called endlessly the Front Desk and Cleaners with no luck.. I just finally give up and never call them again. In the morning i just ask for some towel and water and told them no need to clean the room since we are leaving on the second night. Also, i inform them to create a FAST Check out like dropping the Key card to avoid a very long QUE (Check in and Check out is combine on the same line). I mean they will not check the room anyway and i dont think anything will be broken :D
