Great size room water was hot

Extremely impressed with staff and cleanliness of this hotel and will definitely stay again when home visiting family.

Very clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast was good.

Not a lot of breakfast options for dairy and gluten intolerance.

Thank you kind people of Home2 Suites of Greenwood.

The staff has to be the best of any hotel we have ever stayed at. Its been 3 separate trips and each were perfect. Have a bad day walking in the front door and its gone by the time you hit the elevator. Thank you Omar and Aireyanna Thompson are so kind and helpful to everyone, can you please use these two for examples of what all guests should experience. We will recommend this hotel to everyone of our friends.

Good Coffee. Large Clean Spacious Room.

Breakfast is already pre-prepared and wrapped, not warm and not tasty. The Omelettes are also pre-prepared. I cannot eat green peppers, not everyone wants to eat Huevo Rancheros. Hence butter bagel was my breakfast. Marriott gives its guest scrambled eggs, Beef and Turkey Sausages and has a much larger breakfast venue, plus great coffee.

Id recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very convenient to everything, well stocked coffee downstairs and a good breakfast. The staff was absolutely the best overall I have ever encountered, each and everyone of them. Especially Arianna.

The doors are way too heavy and slam.

Awesome stay and great place for those with disabilities

The large size of rooms, value, location, pool with lift for handicapped, large walk in shower with shower chair provided and complimentary water/ coffee/ hot chocolate and breakfast included.
