Guests appreciated the modern look o (Read More)f the hotel and the added security measures of scanning a room key to access the elevator. The rooms were described as amazing and clean, and the location was perfect for easy access to popular tourist attractions. Guests enjoyed the free breakfast with a good variety of options. The hotel had a cozy outdoor seating area and the staff were professional and accommodating. Parking was a bit inconvenient, but overall, the hotel was highly recommended.

Great stay for work travel

The hotel is in a fantastic position in the city center of Chicago, just a few miles from the Magnificent Mile, making it a great choice for work travel. I appreciate having access to the 24-hour gym.

The cleaning of rooms is done only upon request, and it's necessary to request it at least one day in advance.

Too expensive

Too many people and they closed at 9:00 and we were in line way before that

Too much pot everywhere at all times and you could here people find fighting in their rooms at 3:00 AM. The shower jel was empty the whole time. I did not like walking three blocks to park and drive.

The front desk staff was great!

There was no shampoo in the shower. The shower water was cold. There were multiple stains on the pull out couch sheet and comforter.

Very friendly receptionist, very clean, location is amazing. Check in and check out were a breeze.

The breakfast area is poorly designed to handle the number of guests. By 7am, it was evident that the lone staff member assigned to restocking was overwhelmed by the workload.

Good location, decent price and simple arrangement, but the level is average.

Location. Decent size of the room. Kitchenette.

Arrangement of the room. For instance, the wardrobe is at the far end of the room next to the window. It was not exemplary clean (dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, toilet was never properly cleaned). The room was too humid, but the ventilation could not cope. Breakfast below average.

Great hotel with great breakfast

Weve stayed here many times. The breakfast is great. Rooms with the kitchen are great.

During our stay we had TWO days without hot water. They didnt have any rooms to move us to. We didnt get any compensation or anything g for this and its crazy to have two days without hot water when theres four of us. Having a shower in freezing cold water was brutal.
