Disappointing

The overall staffs are good in services, however the hotel facilitae are old.

We stayin room 1811 with A/C broken cause the room had poor ventilation and it became unbearably stuffy (room temp 28.5c), and the toilet lock are broken as well. Complaint to front desk to seek for checking, the technician guy turn up checked the A/C and confirmed broken and change us for a room. Last night in shanghai with bad memories with Holiday Inn Hotel.

My friends and I all booked rooms here for an event, and it was the perfect location for where we needed to go.

All the rooms stank of stale cigarette smoke, which was not pleasant for any of us since we aren't smokers.

Superb

Very comfortable with good staff

Very comfortable and spacious room. Just a short walk from Century Link mall and metro station.

Room was very hot, despite air conditioning being on full blast and making a lot of noise.

Very good

The breakfast spread and food is good. The room is comfortable and clean. The lightings are good and bright as well. Check in and out is fast. The express check out is a good initiative.

The hotel wifi is slow and unable to access fast. The tv has less international or English channels like BBC or Al Jazeera. It will be good to have others besides CNN.

Very good

Pleasant Stay. Close to 2 metro stations. Cycle stand is just outside the hotel.

The efforts that the staff put to make our stay comfortable was amazing. The front desk staff, the housing keeping staff were well behaved and took efforts to understand our need. Special mention to the staff in the restaurant and Mr Tony & Mr Val from the Concierge desk.
