Hotel is decent to stay. Room is cozy. Just the sharing facilities and breakfast need improvement.

the location is very near to shanghai Nanjing road pedestrian street. There are a few Metro nearby. All is about 500m distance will be quite challenging if u have any luggage with you. Many restaurants nearby too.

i stayed for 9 days. Breakfast was all the same throughout my 9 days stay. Very boring selections. There are only 4 washing machines and 4 Dryers for the hotel guest. But 3 hotels is sharing the same washing facilities. It was a nightmare during night time when all 3 hotels guest Fighting for the washing facilities. Even the hotel staff is using it too. As for the gym also a share facilities for 3 hotels under the same block.

Family hotel

The hotel is an average family hotel with OK facilities for the price level. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of mainly Chinese food, but also some western food available. Within walking distance to Nanjing Road, the Bund, metro lines and multiple restaurants in all price levels.

Small and a little overcrowded reception area, that was bit cold in late December when we staid in the hotel.

Recommended to stay with good staff & good location

Excellent staff -Ms Leier, who allowed us to check in earlier (before 12pm) & extended check out time to 2pm without any additional charges. She deserved a thumb. Other staff also very helpful to call taxi for us. Good location - Nanjing road pedestrian is just across a street, metro train station is about 5 to 10 mins walk & The Bund is less than 20 mins by foot from hotel.

nothing much to comment since I didnt have time to try the hotel food & facility.
