DONT STAY HERE IF THERES A EMERGENCY THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR STAY!!!! KEEP AWAY !!!!

Had a car accident and they still wouldnt give me a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What happened to the customer is always right?????

Superb

Lovely transition stay, short drive from airport. Great services.

Safia at the front desk is so lovely and friendly. Rooms are clean, free parking in front of hotel. We were given interconnecting room with our children so it was perfect. Theres a nice fish and chips takeaway shop across the road so it was a good option as we were tired to eat out. Theres also a supermarket there.

There is no lift and our rooms were on level 2 so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Short New Years Eve stay - clean and accessible

Easily accessible. Stayed here for one night for a New Years Eve party. Clean rooms.

No lifts. Minimal parking availability. The person at the front desk told me that the payment had not gone through, however my banking app said it had. When I asked , she then said , the receipt just did not print. I said that I was not going to risk paying twice. The person on the desk should have been clear and say that the receipt didnt print and not that the payment didnt go through.

Very good

Staff was friendly especially a lady named Safia. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were a very good size and clean. I stayed with my 3 children and had 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The staff was kind enough to give us an extra roll in bed so we all slept comfortably.

Bathroom should have upto 3 toilet rolls. Toilets need better cleaning. We stayed for 4 night and would have liked a mini fridge in room to put food items in for children. One of thr nights the heating came on during the night which made the room too hot which made it difficult to sleep.
