I am categorically dissatisfied and recommend everyone to bypass this hotel.

I did not like anything from the location to the cleanliness of the room.

1. The parking lot terrain in front of the hotel entrance is uncomfortable. 2 The hotel is directly in front of the freeway, so you can't sleep. 3. Tight parking lot in front of the hotel. 4. A U-HAUL truck parked in the parking lot was blocking the driveway and making it impossible to move through the parking lot. But the staff didn't care about it. 5. My bedsheet had someone sleeping on it before me it was crumpled. The hotel staff ignored our request to replace it. 6. When we told them in the morning that we did not like the accommodation, they promised to refund part of the money, but did not return anything!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I will recommend it.

I liked the simpleness of checking in and getting to my room. Staff were friendly and polite. I will be back again.

A great location with clean secure accommodations and friendly staff.

The room was clean and well cared for. The shuttle was a phenomenal option that we used often. We took advantage of the patio quite a bit during our stay as it was a great central meeting point. We also enjoyed having our vehicle securely parked in the gated parking structure that as a bonus had a charging station for my vehicle.

Honestly, I hated feeling the gouged price of the room due to events nearby. I couldn't stand the way the bathroom door had to be propped open so that it wouldn't slam shut each time someone went in or out.

Great location but exceptionally poor service/set up/facilities

Unfortunately there was very little to like about the accommodation other than it being close to the airport which was my purpose for booking.

A few lights and electric sockets were not working in my room. The sound proofing is the worst I have ever experienced. With a very large gap under the door and being next to a very loud ice machine, I was kept awake until very late and woken in the early hours of the morning. I had booked a hotel to get a good night's sleep before an 18 hr travel the following day and found it very frustrating that I was constantly woken up. You can hear word for word any conversation happening in the hallway. The breakfast area is absolutely not fit for purpose. The amount of seating vs the amount of guests is very poor, I had to stand to eat a bowl of Cereal as there was no seating available! I wanted to get a plate of hot food but I was put off of doing so due to not being able to sit!
