We have stayed here multiple time for a reason, a convenient location, clean, friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating and the facility is spotless. someone was always cleaning, sweeping or mopping the floors and servicing the complimentary coffee/tea station and making the stay enjoyable.

The lighting in the bathroom by the sink was harsh. My wife said it wasn't designed by a woman. Very difficult to see yourself clearly in the mirror! Didn't understand why the cable network didn't have a signal for the local stations?

I booked through booking.com I checked in around 1.30pm with a female staff first shift , she did the procedure took my details and took deposit $100 using my credit card and she gave me room no.308.. Around 5.45pm I had some other work so I need to check out and leave I came to the reception to hand over the room keys The second shift guy He pulled my details for check out and I was waiting for first 10 mins ,he was just staring at the screen After I asked him what happened, he replied me (some issue its taking long.. Then after 10 minutes when I asked him he said I cant pull your details Then I helped him showed all my proof of booking and stayed details, he checked again and again and he got my details for more than 20 times That staff was not normal and I can be sure that he was in some drug because he was sleeping and out while we all standing in front of him

Nice hotel

Location, restaurants in area, rooms and hotel were clean. The bar/bistro in the lobby were great! You didn't need to leave to get a bite to eat. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area.

Due to daylight savings time, the parking lot lights weren't set to a new timer. The lights were off in the parking area and it was pitch black, felt unsafe, no sense of urgency from the hotel to get fixed when it was brought to their attention, however, they were fixed by the time I came back from dinner.

Will not return but OK for the day I was there

Location was good. Staff was nice

Bed felt like concrete. They wont let you turn down the air-conditioning past 72 so it was very hot to sleep. The breakfast was awful. It was barely edible.
