Guests were welcomed warmly by the receptionist and check-in was quick. Room was comfy but the air conditioning was noisy. Noise from outside disrupted sleep. Breakfast buffet had a good selection bu (Read More)t ended too early for some. Rooms were dated but well-kept. Hotel is average, expected more from an IHG property. Breakfast was enjoyable, staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent stay for visitors to the Northampton area.

We are familiar with the services provided by Holiday Inn, On this occasion, we were on route to spend the New Year celebration with family members in the North and to break the journey we arranged to have our break at your establishment, I was able to park easily, book in and register without delay, the accommodation was well appointed and to our satisfaction, as a diabetic, I was able to arrange my breakfast with ease and to continue with our journey without delay. I am sure we will use your services again in the future.

Smashing hotel to use as a stop over

The location was ideal and the check in process was good. The room was spacious and clean overlooking the car park for peace of mind given we had our luggage in the car. Bathroom was clean and looked new. Breakfast was extensive and plentiful. Value for money no doubt.

Carpark, clean & location

If only breakfast finishes at 11am instead of 10am. We went for new year celebration therefore came back to the hotel really late. Couldnt wake up in time for breakfast therefore missed out on breakfast also cleaning staff came too early like 9.30am knocking on our door while we were sleeping and entered our room the only thing I didnt like.

Excellent stay so I will go back there.

I liked everything about my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Northampton - it was excellent value for money. We brought our dog with us and there was even a little welcome gift for him.

Lovely Hotel and Staff!

Very nice hotel and staff. Didn't get chance to try the food but only 10-15min car drive away from Northampton City Centre. Would use again in the future. Special shout out to Vaisakh excellent customer service
