Good value for money, but breakfast service needs sorting out

Breakfast service was chaotic - long wait for hot food , very busy despite having an allotted time .

Fine for what we needed.

Location to motorway, inclusive breakfast and dog friendly

The dog fee is too high - 25 pn would stop us using again. Other hotels charge less than half and provide dog beds, bowls and sometimes more.

Exceptional

Great stay and great value.

The hotel was spacious and welcoming. The bar area/restaurant was nice. The rooms were big enough and clean. Great value for money with breakfast included. On new years eve, Logan who was on duty gave us complimentary drinks and was happy in his work and very welcoming.
