Poor decision to stay at Holiday Inn.

The Manager responded to an email that there was military discount and what the price was, however, the military discount was not honored because it was originally booked through booking.com which the manager knew when she responded. She admitted she knew that but didnt state in the email that she could not honor the discount. Very poor communication and we stayed at the hotel waiting on her response for three hours and she was quite rude. As someone who trains employees as managers, I feel her lack of communicating there is a discount and the price but not honoring it with booking.com(which said they would reduce the amount if she would honor it). I will never stay at another Holiday Inn in the future.

Communication. Shower was very dirty, floors were dirty, however, the person at the desk was very kind and understood our frustration that once we received the email with the discounted price that was our informed thought on the price. Too high a price for what we got.

No waffle maker at breakfast. Did have pancake maker, but wasnt as good as waffles.

The noise factor ( hotel is on main strip ) of my room. Ask for a room opposite the highway.

No shower curtain in room, front desk staff had to bring me one. But he did so within 2 minutes of my call.

New hotel for a great price and a very comfortable room. Well worth the bit of of a drive.

The whole room and bathroom was very comfortable. The bed was very tall. Once I climbed in, it was comfy and very back supportive. The pillows were big and new and comfortable. Did not have time for breakfast but it looked and smelled great.

It is a bit of a drive from Travelers rest.
