Superb

One of the most beautiful property, too big need a vehicle, otherwise its a task to move around

The Villas were simply amazing and it felt like i was staying at home. All facilities were top notch and ammenties were in plenty. comfortable, relaxed enviroment

Booking team have to inform the client that villas are very far from the main building, it requires a car or else you have to walk to the shuttle stops and wait for the bus.

Busy and disappointed with the charge automatically taken from my credit card and not resolving

The spaciousness of the villa

We had lots of problems with the kitchen facilities; none working phone, washing machine poured water all over the floor, hob and oven didnt work to start with and issues with temperature in fridge. All sorted in the end but needed trips to reception as phone did not work. Also pushy staff trying to get you on a tour with a deposit of 50 dollars being charged to my credit card but no tour waa taken. Ive tried to make contact to contest this charge but no one is responding so reporting as a fraud to my credit card company - put a dampener on our stay.

The layout and resort was beautiful. Most of the staff was very friendly. Close to attractions we wanted to visit.

Being told we could cancel our tour we felt pressured to sign up for. Not being able to reach anyone on the phone when trying to cancel due to a sick child so driving up to the reservation area after being on hold for 45 minutes only to be told we were being charged 50 dollars for canceling and the rudest female manager I've ever met basically calling us a liar and saying to bad. That is why we won't be back.

Beautiful resort with so much to do for families!

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. There are so many activities to do on site! The facilities accommodate families of all ages. We loved the convenience of the onsite restaurants and the variety offered, as well as the proximity to nearby Orlando theme parks. Will certainly return and will recommend to everyone we know!

The price and extra fee were not enough because they didnt even come once to clean the room. We had blood stains in our bathroom towels and the air conditioners did not work for the first night. I had a phone call in the morning from the offices asking how our stay was and I told him the issues we were having and he completely ignored me and could care less of what I had to say and continued to try to sell me a time share. He told me he wrote a note down to get me a lower price for our stay and no body took care of it. I tried telling the office and they said that I would have to talk to a manager after my stay to solve the issues but till this very moment they havent called or emailed me about my stay. I think they will probably not call calling me and just keeping my money.
