Review 1: The reviewer stayed at the hotel for the convenience of an early airport shuttle but was unable to sleep due to bright lights and noise from the floor above. Review 2: The room was spacio (Read More)us and clean, with friendly staff. However, the TV didn't work properly and there were no curtains to block out the bright lights. Sleeping was difficult, especially since the reviewer had to wake up early. Review 3: The reviewer had a pleasant stay over Thanksgiving break with their family. The hotel was clean and updated, with no issues. The amenities, such as the pool and gym, were nice and unused. They would stay again. Review 4: The hotel had a convenient location near the highway, but did not offer complimentary breakfast or lobby coffee. The room was large and well-equipped, but the fridge was disappointingly small. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were satisfactory, and the shuttle to the airport was a bonus.

Room was nice, bartender on Saturday was friendly, approachable and personable. Loved how pet friendly this property was.
The floor in the room was quite disgusting. Turned my washcloth deep brown.

RUDE night manager!!!! Not expected lack of hospitality from Holiday Inn.not coming back.
Bed, Mattress were comfortable
My booking was for Executive King Room, mind you I had a prepaid reservation. But the my didnt have any available when I checked in. And instead of apologizing the manager went to mansplain and tell me that its almost identical to a regular to the king room and it is all he had and if I wanted it or not!! WTF??! Are you doing me a favorI paid and made the reservation in advance so I have the room of my choice!! Hike in this area often but never staying at this location again.

The adjacent homeless encampment and gang activity in the area were somewhat of a deterent.
