Guests absolutely loved their stay at Hoi An Coco River Resort & Spa. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms were clean and s (Read More)pacious, with beautiful views. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was convenient and the resort had great amenities such as free bikes and a shuttle to the city. The exceptional service and warm atmosphere made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended.

We've enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely be back for our next visit.

The room is spacious, clean, nice deco, comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, various. And the most significant thing in this hotel is the staffs - they are very helpful, enthusiastic, and always smile that make us really feel warmly.

The hotel is a bit far from the town, but they offer a free shuttle bus twice per day at 9am and 3pm, somehow it'll be more convenient if it can be more times in a day.

The best resort in Vietnam! The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Specifically the front desk manager, Sunny, who went above and beyond to make us happy. She ensured that the team made sure that we had the best time! Originally we booked our stay for 4 days but extended it to 8 days because of the outstanding service.There are free bikes to use as you please and a free shuttle to the city. The buffet breakfast was superb with a wide selection of savoury and sweet dishes. There is also free drinking water located in the lobby. The rooms are big and cleaned every day. Beautiful views. We will definitely come back!

Decent resort getaway

The staff were incredibly helpful and warm. They were definitely the best part about the hotel. The reception helped us book cars for our trips, do laundry , and provided honest recommendations for trips and tailors. The room was big and the breakfast was adequate. The restaurant food was nice

The location is a bit challenging especially at night if you are coming back from the old town as Grabs/cabs don't want to come here. The bathroom situation is a bit awkward and taking a hot shower can make the whole room misty. Given the layout of the hotel being outdoor corridors and an outdoor restaurant, it can be very cold and wet moving around the place. I imagine it will be nice in summer though. The spa was ok but nothing remarkable. I would put doormats outside the rooms and a small storage for umbrellas to avoid getting the room wet.
