Perfect place to stay in Chiang mai

Great location in chaing mai, helped us to rent scooters for reasonable price & rent transport to Pai. Free water, tea, coffee, bread & eggs in common area overlooking the road. Lovely room with AC, kind & helpful host. Would highly recommend staying here to visit Chiang mai!

All brilliant!

We loved absolutely everything about this place. Initially, we were concerned based on their communication about the street noise but that was never a problem. From the friendliness of the staff, to the breakfast food you could make yourself in the morning, to the location on the edge of the old city, this place was so awesome. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Nothing. It was a great place for a great value and exceeded our expecations.

Amazing location, amazing host, amazing facilities

The host was amazing, we got there early and went out for the day when we returned he had taken our bags up into our room! The room was so cosy and clean and the TV allowed you to connect to Netflix which was such a cool feature. There was also a washing machine and detergent offered free of charge so handy. The common area was so lovely and they offered food and cooking area again free of charge. Host was amazing and location was great cant fault our stay! A lovely quiet stay
