1 of 2 elevators was broken the entire time we were at the facility. This was a bad experience for us. My friend that was with me is an owner and she was upset about the property's maintenance that wasn't up to our standards.

Only good thing i can say was that the bed was comfortable

The bed was comfortable and thats about the only thing I enjoyed.

I called and requested wash cloths and towels several times and never received them. The bathroom was not clean. The kitchenette area was dusty. I booked a ocean view and it costs more but yet they gave me city view room. The price I booked for was not the same price i paid upon arrival and that was the most disappointing thing about the whole situation. And then to pay that amount and not get wash cloths and towels when needed was crazyyy and the bathroom not to be cleaned upon arrival.

It was great except no balcony

Easy check in and out . Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

I was under the impression that my room would have a balcony from the caption but i was not given a room with a balcony which was an inconvenience to me and my family .
