Great Stay, Great Location

Hotel is in a great location. Right on the beach. Beautiful view from my balcony. Both front desk staff members were very welcoming.

Friendly staff felt secure but will not stay here again due to the uncomfortable beds!!!

I like that they lock the hotel doors at night and you have verify you stay there to get in. The night we checked in Vickie was working and she was phenomenal!!! I cant remember the ladys name when we checked out but she was very friendly as well.

These are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on at a hotel!!! We stayed here because they have an indoor pool. We were traveling with my 2 1/2 year old niece and we promised wed swim. We stayed for 2 nights and the only full day we were there, the pool was closed the majority of the day.

The MEAN RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL employee. If I don't know where YOUR alternative parking is and require direction You don't need to be rude because you rather come to work to do nothing.

The staff are nice very helpful I love the view the spa tub is everything

Not that I didn't like it but the bed can be a bit more comfy THE ONLY THING I really didn't like is check out is at 11 I took my bags to my care at 10:27 came back for my purse and phone and I was locked out had to get the front desk to redo my key
