Upon arrival they charged me an extra $158.77 that I was unaware of and when I called to get it back they refunded it to a 3rd party instead of back to me and said that they can't do anything about it. Never going back !!

Toilet was so low I felt like I was in the boys room of a elementary school most hotels that are accessible rooms with walk in or roll in showers have the comfort height toilet

It was ok but we should have been notified of the construction ahead of our visit.

Hotel is under construction on three floors. Only one of two elevators were working. The working elevator shook and made it quite fearful to ride in it.
