Exceptional

Hyatt place exceeded my expectations.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I left my key in the room and they were quick to help. One of the cleaning ladies that we saw throughout our stay was very sweet to me and complimented my children's behavior. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The free breakfast was beyond my expectations! Overall wonderful experience.

The only problem we had was the lock on the bathroom was a little wonky and my son got stuck in it but we were able to get it unlocked on our own and this didn't really effect our experience.

Very clean and comfortable

When we get to breakfast there was nothing available and no coffees ready. We had to wait 20 mins for anyone to refill anything. The pool is also open to the front of the hotel so anyone walking by can see through the windows into the pool where children and people in bathing suits are. Very invasive

Breakfast wasn't the greatest and coffee was never full nor was there any flavor creamer but the room was really nice.

The breakfast buffet didn't have flavor creamer nor was alway out of coffee plus ends at 930 am which is very early to end if people have had a long travel

Superb

Always a good place to stay.

Weve stayed here before and it is just as nice as the first time. Very clean, comfortable bed, welcoming staff. This time we traveled with our dog and she was welcomed, too.

About the only somewhat negative thing is that the seat cushions on the sofa moved around just sitting on it because the fabric is slick. Seriously, thats the only negative we could think of.

It's all about the location

The location was ideal and the staff were all very engaging and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was very basic, adequate, no more. If you give people documentation stating that the room will be cleaned every other day, then do it!
