The Hilton San Diego Mission Valley offers a great hotel experience at a competitive price. The management and service are excellent, and the food is top-notch. The rooms are clean and well-designed, (Read More) with high-quality linens. However, there is no valet or bellhop service, and parking can be tight. There was also an incident of a staff member trying to enter a guest's room. Overall, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping and entertainment options.

It was ok but I would not stay again. Staff was really nice.

Staff and value were great. Restaurant and food were wonderful!!

My room had dirty panties on the floor when I checked in and the couches were stained. It was decently clean but honestly finding the panties on the floor on a corner was off putting and I didnt feel the room was truly clean after that. Did not feel safe walking outside alone, a lot of homeless and trash in the neighborhood.

Easy check in, good breakfast buffet! Quiet, even with the A/C.

The bed linens weren't as nice as I remember, and 2 of the towels had what looked like a tiny dead flea dried onto them.

It was okay, good for the price for a last minute stay

perfect location for our day trip to SD

there was a blood stain on the inner sheet of the bed. Key cards didn't work on getting in and out of the property.

Plenty of parking

Walls were so thin you could hear others conversation. The sheets on the bed were dirty. Stuff was broken in the room (coffee maker, shower head holder, lamp). Parking garage was Erie.

Room space and staff receptive to needs when asked.

Parking lot too far for individuals with mobility issues. Dropped off spouse but had to walk back alone in poorly lit walkways to hotel entrance

Great location! A bit pricey considering the type of rooms & the hotel itself:)

The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. If you purchase the breakfast its decent and buffet style. All staff members are kind:)

The pool was closed the days we stayed and this was emailed to us a day before our reservation date! either way we went to look at it and its quite a walk from all rooms & its a small pool. The temperature in the room was cold! We tried turning on the heater but it was only cold air coming out, this is in November when days are still warm but nights are chilly. Theres no fan in the bathroom so if you have to poop its going to be a bit smelly for a bit! Might be TMI but I think this was important.
