Here was a ten minutes drive from the town centre.

Very nice and modern hotel, great customer service by Mustafa who went out of his way to address our initial room concerns and made our stay very pleasant. Restaurant was very good, nice proximity to the lake for leisurely walks

Pleasant but not worth what you pay for it.
The fire place, the view and the location not too far from town but out of the way.
The bathtub didnt work because the plug was broken. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom or any windows. Blown light bulbs in bathroom. No ironing board. Limited snacks at snack bar. Very noisy in rooms around. Room service app did not work. Beds were not made properly (no covers on doona). Very small layout for what we paid. Breakfast buffet was not worth it at all - very limited options (no oats, no normal butter, no milk alternatives, one/two tiny toasters that everyone was waiting for).

Part view of the Lake. Breakfasts , good variety of food.
First night remote didn't work. Had to follow up on repairs. No help with bags last day after a very expensive 5 day stay. Hotel looks a little shabby and in need of a revamp. For the cost not worth it. We stayed in other hotels over our two week travels and got more value for money in others that were much cheaper hotels. Too far to walk to main town. Had to pay $16 for parking each day, which was not in hotel.

A very disappointing stay.
The rooms were nicely appointed.
The bathroom cabinets were dirty, there was no conditioner in the shower dispenser. The cooked breakfast was cold. Room was not serviced. Water taxi accommodation was not organised well. Asked for bucket of ice which was never delivered.

Very disappointing for a $700 a night stay
Location.
Couldnt accommodate 2 people for Christmas or dinner, everytime we ordered room service we had chase the items, no one was answering their phones so we had to go down to reception. The 1st order was for a beer and a glass of wine, waited 45 minutes and was told that no one was looking at the ticket dispenser. The picture of the grapes was from a $60 chesse platter.
