Convenient hotel close to Disney Springs

First visit after 10 years. Nice to see same staff working on breakfast. Hotel refurbished. Excellent coach service to parks considering Christmas holiday week. New pool and lazy river looked fabulous. Handy food and gift stores on basement level. Laundry self service facilities available. Disney Springs across the road.

While our bedroom had been refurbished our bathroom had not been, maybe work ongoing.

It was absolutely amazing.

It was a short walk to Disney Springs and the bus transportation was efficient The staff was great and Jessica at the Front Desk was helpful and welcoming. The first floor cafe was great and they made amazing Starbucks drinks

Overall a nice hotel.

Close to Disney with snack bar and restaurant in hotel.

Toilet area extremely small and shower leaked on floor. $25 per day to self park.

Other than the few things that didnt work, it was pleasant stay.

The outlets, wifi and the AC was not working properly. The bathrooms was not clean as I found a lot of hair. Also there was dirty spots all over the tables, chairs and sofa.

Enjoyed our stay we will b back, but will remember to choose a better view.

Convince to all attractions, nice valets and desk clerks. The quick grab restaurant 1st floor was amazing.

Our room was on the west side, but the view was ok, very windy so high up, when we opened the balcony sliding door it created a wind tunnel from the balcony door to the access door, sounded like a train whistle..LOL
