Great location and very helpful staff.

The locations and the staff are great. The front desk staff went out of their way to help. They were great. The staff helped me out with the internet since I wasnt a Hilton honors member and gave me an access code. That was very appreciated

Its a dated property. Needs a facelift. The fitness center was very small and didnt have enough to really make it a fitness center. The coffee machine was just bad. They really need to get new modern machines. This one is outdated and gives the coffee as tea a very bad taste. Just have a kettle and instant coffee. The AC machine was way too loud. Had to turn it off to get some sleep. It was noisy and wasnt efficient. You have a be a Hilton honors member to get internet access. The hotel needs to install some internet coverage boosters since the coverage was lost and if you dont have hotel internet access you are out of luck

Lovely city, great views, very comfortable clean rooms.

We upgraded to top floor for privacy and the lake view was outstanding. Bed and linen very, very, comfy. Shower awesome. Location b/w 2 lakes, with capitol on one side and Monona Terrace on the other, just fantastic! Staff, service, and food excellent, 4 stars.

14floor lounge open but no coffee beverages, etc.. Did receive food vouchers which were used and much appreciated. No complimentary coffee or water in lobby. Pool very small and tile needs cleaning. No microwave in room until we asked to bring up.

Great Location

Location was excellent within walking distance of the Capitol and one block from the lake.

Although the whole area is expensive, I found it annoying to pay $200-$300/night for a room and be charged $4 for a cup of help-yourself coffee.

Exceptional

Highly recommend!

The location is exceptional, one block from the Capitol. The lakeview rooms have a stunning view of Frank Lloyd Wright's Monona terrace and lake Monona. We were visiting Madison for a college graduation and had a wonderful graduation dinner in the hotel restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
