Very good

Solid but not special.

Convenient to state street. Room clean and modern. Mini fridge nice to have.

Chairs in room not that comfortable. Bed was so/so in terms of comfort. No maid service for 2 night stay, is COVID a reason or an excuse to cut costs. Garage height is limited, could not open our back tail gate on Subaru Forrester SUV.

Highly recommended

We stayed in the Governor's Club and everything was top notch! The room was clean and the service was great. We had a jacuzzi suite which was wonderful! We also enjoyed the lounge with free drinks and appetizers!

The only thing we didn't like was having to pay for parking. For as much as the room costs, parking should be free.

The price was right, but I was hoping for something nicer than what I got.

The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport. Super nice driver.

My room, my floor just seemed old. The carpeting, wallpaper, just about everything seemed tired and dated. Typical of a larger, conference hotel.

Stay overall was very pleasant .

Check in friendly and efficient . Food was unexpectedly good and service wAs prompt.

Getting into the bath tub to shower was difficult for the older traveler due to high sides. In fact, 90 yr old sister was had to helmet bathe because she couldn't navigate the tub.

Not worth the money. Desperately in need of a remodel and a deep clean as well as some lights.

The location to the capital was great, we were able to walk to some great restaurants and sights.

The room was not very clean and was old, desperately needs to be remodeled and deep steam cleaned. The window was dark and we looked on to a roof. The overall room was dark and I would not want to stay here again. The bar was overly dark and in the far corner of the lobby. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and even though it was mostly vacant they couldnt seat us.

Wonderful Hotel!!

Beautiful room and great location. Govenor's club was a very nice surprise.

We ended up riding the elevator up and down a couple of times when we weren't fast enough with our room key due to full hands. By the time we did, the elevator was already on the move. Also, we could not locate Starbucks. Was it inside the restaurant Circ? It wasn't clear.
