Superb

Excellent hotel! Close to the parks and many food options.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clear. Our son enjoyed the heated pool!

We received a phone call from the staff asking if we needed anything. I asked for 2 extra towels that never came. Her purpose in calling was to try to get us to attend their 90 program about the hotel and not if we were in need of anything.

What a huge disappointment for the holidays.

Amazing location. Right beside Vineland Premium Outlets, with Publix across the road and restaurants nearby

Housekeeping is terrible! Stayed for a week and we had to chase them for days for our scheduled housekeeping - still no one came to clean our room. The room location was right beside the onsite electrical building which was very noisy 24/7

The grounds were beautiful.

The room was dated but clean and comfortable. As soon as you check in, they try to make you go to a timeshare breakfast. After declining , they call your room and ask you again. We didnt have hot water first thing in the morning. We had to take COLD SHOWERS. We needed to extend our stay by one night- the only way is to book it online yourself. They cant extend it for you in the property. Which means you also need to check in again. We were able to keep our room though which was the whole point, we wouldve booked at a different hotel but it wouldve been more of a hassle than a cold shower The pool area was nice. The hot tub had a tonne of chlorine in it. Obviously it needs chlorine, but this was excessive.

Despite the lack of housekeeping, we still found the stat enjoyable.

The location of this property was very close to the Disney parks. The property was clean and beautifully landscaped.

The only thing I did not like during our stay was that we were told housekeeping would come on Tuesday to tidy our room and take out the trash. We were there from Saturday until Thursday and no one came. When we checked out we had two large trash bags and a box full of trash. Each late evening we would return back to our room from spending all day at a park, the garbage was still there.

Best place to stay in orlando, if you have car

Location, full kitchen , washing machine & dryer , swimming pools, the gate between the property & the outlet, proximity to publix supermarket & Walgreens pharmacy

No shuttle services to the parks & Disney springs, no daily housekeeping

Here's a more organized and structured version of your feedback: Upon check-in, we were unexpectedly directed to the marketing desk and coerced into participating in the HGV program, which resulted in us being stuck at the event for an extended period, nearly causing us to miss our flight. The staff member misrepresented the nature of the program and booked us for a time that conflicted with our existing plans, resulting in a significant inconvenience. During the event, we were subjected to high-pressure sales tactics, including being held captive for an unreasonable amount of time and being pressured to consider products worth a substantial amount, despite our clear refusals. This experience not only disrupted our itinerary but also left us feeling misled and pressured, which is not in line with the standards we expected from a reputable establishment such as Hilton. I would appreciate it if this matter could be thoroughly addressed, and appropriate measures taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Very good

Convenient, excellent location and encourage tourists to stay in this resort.

Room was in an excellent spot facing the main pool in building number one. close proximity to the outlet as well as Publix. Also, the lady at the reception, Sherry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of assistance. She is an asset to the resort.

More regular room cleaning and towels change. Good idea to place coffee capsules in the room rather than the vouchers for the coffee shop.
