We have stayed at this resort several times. Its starting to get ran down.

Location

Ac vent had cardboard hanging out of it. Towel hook was hanging off bathroom door. Employee at facility started cleaning jacuzzi with us in it.

Overall a good stay and beautiful facilities. Would like to return again someday

Everything except for the check-in staff

The check-in staff member, who was quite rude and dismissive when they said they couldn't find my reservation. He scolded me on how I should've created the reservation (not via Booking.com) and how I should've had the correct information at check-in when someone else makes the reservation. I argued that I was the one who made the reservation and if he would've at least looked up the reservation number, vs just my name and then giving up, it would've saved us alot of time and frustration. (The reservation for some reason removed all my info that i entered via booking.com and replaced it with my wife's bc we used her Hilton Member #)

Beautiful property

The property was huge and laid out well. It is directly across from SeaWorld. The room was gorgeous and ours had a washer and dryer.

It was nice.

It is a beautiful place. Love the pool and the rooms were amazing.

The room we were assigned had a bad smell. The staff at the front seem bothered when I asked about the security deposit.

Location was good Pools very nice

We were held at a promo desk for 15 minutes having to listen about and then be signed up for a Hilton Vacation Club promo breakfast before we were given our property parking pass.
