Superb

Good stay, but next time I would choose something else for the same value.

Good location, clean and spacious room. Very nice and friendly staff.

There was no water when we arrived, so the toilet didnt work. And no hot water until they turned on the boiler. They offered free breakfast or discount for the inconvenience, which was really nice of them.

neither the microwave or the coffee maker worked in my room, I had to go down to the front desk, lugging all my luggage with me to get a new key since the one given to me didn't work I had to get a new key again next day.

The main front desk clerk wasn't very friendly to me I heard her check in somebody else and she was totally different and gave them a lot of information that I never got the shuttle to the airport was supposed to go every 30 min it went every hour, lucky for me I wasn't in a hurry

Great staff, lacking facilities

The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I had what we needed (whether it be an airport shuttle, knowledge of the facilities, a comfortable room, etc.).

In my opinion, a good hotel should be three things: safe, clean, and have functional facilities. While the staff were friendly, I felt safe and the room was clean, the bathroom facilities in our room were not functional. The first room we were assigned did not have a functional toilet (it would not flush and was making weird noises from the second we entered the room). This should have been inspected/noticed by the staff prior to us being assigned the room. As such, we requested a room change. Ronaldo and the other front desk staff were fabulous and very gracious and upgraded my spouse and I to a bigger/nicer room, which we greatly appreciated. However, when we went to use the shower in the morning, the water was ice cold. We showered the previous night and had hot water so clearly we knew how to use the shower, but there was nothing but cold water the next morning. This means 2/2 bathroom facilities were not functional.

Passable

The entire place is very depressing looking. The room was very old looking and I don't think there were any UBS ports in the room, so bring plugs. In short-cheerful this hotel isn't. Also there was no water for about 4 hours from my check-in which wasn't told to me until after I checked in. I felt they should have mentioned that on arrival. But it really wasn't that much of a problem.

Great staff, reception , housekeeping , and Bartender friendly and professional,clean facilities good food, the room is very spacious clean comfortable. I liked the set up of the room very much.

The lobby smelled like farts and sewer gas. It was a terrible smell for such a nice hotel. It seems as something is backing up the sewer gas in the reception area and restaurant / bar.

Disappointing

Experience was ok as far as location, but we won't be coming back.

The proximity to the airport. The server was fantastic! (Jose) and the chefs were on point with the food!

The lady who checked us in was seemed "bothered" that we were in line. She was short, rude, lacking information about the hotel, and when I did prompt her with questions, she still was so unhelpful and condescending about it. She had 3 opportunities to turn her attitude around, and all 3 times she was unpleasant. The other front desk agent next to her seemed completely opposite. We had a room that definitely needed to be renovated; the bathroom sink leaked and chunks of the faucet handle were missing, the wall paper was coming undone in our bathroom, the door to our room looked like someone tried to break in, the base boards in lobby were missing..
