Stay was pleasant

Breakfast was excellent and rooms were clean

Upon arrival at the airport , hotel staff ordered Lyft service quickly but the Lyft drivers kept canceling and hotel staff had to keep ordering a ride for us. Hotel staff did what they were suppose to do , but the Lyft drivers cancelled 3 times on us making us having to wait 45 minutes. I would suggest using a more reliable means of shuttle service.

Disappointing.

The location to the airport. My Uber driver . The staff was great and helpful!

There was a hole in the wall where it appeared something needed to get fixed. Drywall crumbs on the floor. The room was Run down . Hair in bathroom. The sheets , the feet thin blanket was dull not clean white looking. Disappointed in this Hampton Inn .

Was ok after the bad service checking in

The location was perfect close from the airport. Breakfast was great.

Check in. the lady at front desk gave me attitude. From the beginning I told the hotel twice that day my flight was delayed and wouldn't check in until 4a.m. not my fault. Hotel was paid for already and she had the nerve to say next time you book hotel to call and let them know so they don't put me down as a now show. I did I called twice and the person I talked to left a note for this rude lady so it shouldn't have been a problem plus front desk is 24/7 shouldn't matter what time you check in especially if it was paid for. Won't stay there again.

We I liked the location since it was near the airport.. We had picked the place since we didn't want to rush in the morning to go to the airport. Breakfast was acceptable and similar to other Hamptons Inn we have stayed.

Lobby was remodeled and nice, but the room we stayed in felt old. We saw dust behind the TV console and even found a coin on the floor, which made me think if they vacuumed corner to corner. The bathroom was remodeled, but the towels were old and thinned out and had musty smell.
