very pleasant and helpful staff, was pleasantly surprised by the size of our king room

waitress at breakfast was great! she was on top of keeping buffet stocked. sausages were good.

Comfortable, pleasant

Breakfast was decent. The service of the staff was wonderful. Service was prompt and generous. Staff was very accommodating.

Staff where great, Location is amazing and the breakfast helped start the day of with a bang.

Location, Location, Location We had a full weekend of sports planned from mountain hike, mountain biking, watching the basketball, going to see the boxing and also the football. So many great bars around the area next to the hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing 2 soft & 2 hard for each bed. Great little buffet breakfast as well.

Excellent location for Art Museum and Footprint Center (Phoenix Suns), spacious room, clean, good WiFi, receptionist recommended parking at the street, which was 4x cheaper than. garage (thanks!). Decent included breakfast given the American standards...

The location, staff and cleanliness makes this a place to stay again!

The hotel was very accommodating to our needs. One family member wanted to come a day early. They worked it out that she didn't need to change rooms although having two confirmation numbers. They also checked us in early, which was a pleasant surprise.
