Superb

Wonderful hotel

Loved the front desk staff! Bradley was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The bar was lovely and the drinks were good. We were very pleasantly surprised how easy it was to return the rental car and then ride the Sky train back to the hotel. The next morning we walked to the Sky train to get to the airport. We will always stay at Crowne Plaza from now on when traveling to Phoenix.

Quite disappointing

The morning staff was fine. The location next to the airport and reachable by the airport train is convenient.

The carpet was not vacuumed and overall a disappointing presentation. The large television did not have any signal at all. The snack bar had nothing reasonable to eat and was out of the wrap sandwiches too, only poorly chosen snacks that felt worse than a vending machine. I tried to use my credit card to pay in full as my girlfriend actually booked the hotel as I was already on my flight. The night front desk said it could not be done, but also never tried to either. The morning front desk staff made the credit card switch in just a couple of minutes as they told us over the phone that this could happen.
