Disappointing

Staff was great; very friendly at all times. Walk in shower and decent pillows [not bed].

Rooms weren't clean. Several issues, but a simple hard floor vacuum would go a long way! Bed was not comfortable, but pillows were ok.

Location

Shampoo and body was was out in the shower. It was a bit dirty in the room and bathroom. Half the plug ins didnt work as well.

Nice enough but not like other hiltons. Not quite as nice.

Staff was great and seemed pretty clean.

Staff was great but our AC seemed to not work well, body wash was empty and appeared not all stuff was filled.

Good and bad

Modern room, clean and nice.

We accidentally left a dental mouth guard in bathroom. Phoned that night and over the next 5 days called every day asking to connect with housekeeping. After a day or two, asked to speak with manager, never got a call back from them! One just got transferred to another hotel and the other ask a subordinate to call us who had no idea what call was about. She was polite and attempted to be helpful, but that was about 6 days after our initial call. Cost of mouth guard was several hundred dollars, but most frustrating is calling and not getting a person on the other end.

complimentary water, proximity to destination, good location

AC didnt work in first unit and had to switch rooms late at night. Went to front desk, got new keys and moved stuff. Next day called down and extended stay an additional night. Staff neglected to tell us we had to have them reactivate the keycard so couldnt get in the door from parking and we were in a hurry. That was annoying. Treadmill in fitness center wasnt clean. No safe in room. Check in and night staff not that friendly. Checkout staff were very friendly.

Wrong room given . Door was opened to the room when we arrived. Room was hot. Air was inoperable. Tv didnt work. Told the staff and nothing was done. Wait. She tried but nothing was done. The front desk person apologized.
