It was a good comfortable clean hotel.

Hotel was reasonably priced, location was good. The property was clean comfortable and up to date.

It would have helped our family if some rooms were available for early check in. We came into town on the train. We arrived at 10:00 and could not check in until 3:00. I would also liked to have maid service every day instead of every other day.

The location was great and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Our room was not cleaned even once during our 4 night stay. There is a notice that cleaning will happen every other day and we didn't put any signs on the door to prevent cleaning. We assumed it would happen at least once during our 4 night stay. For that price, we should not have had to ask for extra coffee or for the room to be cleaned.

The front desk staffer was rude. Parking was self park only and you had to pay separately for it. No breakfast included.

Beautiful views, excellent room, clean, neat.

This location was terrific, right in the heart of River North. Easy walks to fine dining, breakfast locations and area attractions. The walk to the trains is right next to the facility (200 feet, they are not kidding) making it easy for us to jump on the redline and head north to the Mag Mile.

The line for the elevator after our stay at 11 am was a surprise, It took us about 15 mins to get an empty elevator down. Perhaps they should consider staggered exit times for guests between 11 and 12 to help this problem. Or inform guests that they could be waiting. If you were someone that needed to leave for a plane, taxi etc this could be an issue.

We had a confirmation # with booking.com and the hotel was able to override it and cancel our reserv

The hotel gave our reservation away, we were really upset that we were a few hours from home with NOWHERE to stay! We had to drive all the way back home because the cancellation on the hotel's part completely ruined all of our plans for the evening on New Year's Eve of all days.We will never with you again if this is how people get treated & pushed aside like we do not matter! It was a very very bad experience now knowing that the hotel in itself can cancel you at the drop of a dime!

You could have made sure that the hotel was not able to override our reservations

Overall, we loved this hotel and plan to stay there in the future if we are downtown Chicago overnight

The location is great! Amenities in the room were exactly what we needed

Front desk only had 1 person working most of the time, which made for long lines during check in/out periods. We also had consistent issues with the wifi.

Hotel gave my room away on NYE . Claimed they attempt to charge my card two hours before my check in time and then offered me no assistance or consolation for the inconveniences
