Room: 10/10 The room design is good. I like the uniqueness of the room. Location: 9/10 neart BTS phra khanong station Breakfast: 7/10 Free bread, jam, fruits, cereals,.milk, coffee, teas, hot choco etc. Just go to the second floor.

Staff: Friendly, nice but this hotel has got only 1 staff so whenever you want an assistant it is difficult to find or call someone. The heater stopped working, I cannot charge my phone in my room because the sockets are not working. I have to go outside to charge my phone. It happened the last day of my stay but still we have time before checked out. I want to rate 7/10 because of this issue. If someone needs to iron clothes she cannot use it because the sockets are not working even the fridge because no electricity from the sockets. No elevator. If your room is in 2nd to 4th floor you have to use the stairs. But the hotel itself is beautiful. Luckily we are on the 1st floor.

Value for money. Close to Train station, Main Street, Shops and restaurants.

Location Good. Theme of the place is nice and gives you a different experience unlike a hotel.

No elevator. Difficult to carry baggage up the stairs.

Awesome stay.

Location is great as it right in front of the train station and next to the pharmacy. It's also very near Thong Lor where many cafes can be found. I love the room as it is very spacious and all amenities such as hairdryer and iron are provided.

Climbing up the stairs may be hard with luggage.

We stayed in a family room. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. Kids loved the bunk beds and I loved the bedroom. Wifi and Netflix, kitchen with coffee, fruit and snacks. Markets outside selling good value foods, close to the BTS. This place was a very nice surprise.

Fairytale accommodation

Great little accommodation near the BTS! Can get into Siam in 20min. Easy access to the highway too if you planning to go Safari World by taxi. No problem getting grab from there. Super clean and comfortable stay! Kids love the bunk beds. Complementary breakfast with toast, cereal and fruits. Cafes and eateries are super nearby. Really appreciate the washing machine and dryer as we are traveling for 3 weeks! And massage parlour is just next door! Great to have one after a long day walk!

The lack of lift perhaps as we on 3rd floor. But the guy at reception did offer to help us with our backpacks when we checked in.

It was our best stay ever!

Very near to train station, convenience store and restaurants. Located in a very safe location. The room and the lobby is soooo clean and comfy, the staff is so kind even help us brought our heavy luggage to our room.

Great service, convenient location and value for money

1) Location is superb. It's just a minute walk to the Phra Kanong BTS. We didn't find the train noisy at any time of the day. 2) Service is great. Jah was prompt in replying to our queries, reached out to ensure he could prepare the keys package for us since we were arriving after 6pm and the housekeeping was prompt in attending to our requests when we checked in late that night. 3) We had the Family Suite for 3 of us and it was spacious and clean. Wifi was good and it was great to have Netflix and board games for entertainment when we decided to chill. 4) Nice simple breakfast (nothing fancy) each morning is available.

1) What could be better would be a firmer mattress for the king size bed, a better shower head and perhaps a signage to encourage hometel guests to be a bit more considerate in using the washer and dryer. We met a family who loaded their wash and never returned the whole night to off load it after it was done. 2) There is no lift but we are kind of blessed to be just on the second floor. We also travelled light, noting that the hometel has a washer and dryer. However, it would be quite inconvenient for families travelling with elderly. 3) Taxi drivers do not know the name of the hometel and because addresses are in English on google search, they have issues reading it unless we translate to Thai.
