I liked the resort style pool and gym which was different to majority of the other hotels in Queenstown. Staff were very friendly on both arrival and departure as well as everything in between.

We stay there for third time and think it's good location and facilities. Excellent value for money

We were surprised to find that there is no option to hit our food; no microwave in room and stuff instructed to refuse to hit even simple things like pie or pizza. WTF?

Disappointing

Expensive and didnt feel like 4 stars. Especially the cleaning standards in the room and the aircon didnt work.

Location and staff were good

Room was not clean. Toilet had stains under te seat which was disgusting.

We stayed here before, so happy to return. When we arrived from Auckland we had large over size bike bags which the reception staff kindly stored for us until our return

No mini bar in room, and paid $100 more for a smaller room 5 days later
