All in all an okish stay.

Well Sam is a charm & she knows how to help everyone & make them at comfort , Only the thing is no lockers bed are a bit too close & the space is little inside all in an okish stay its in the north hampi..you will have to travel with local transport & it takes time to get hold of local transport more inorder to reach to south hampi...where the main attractions are...So irrespective of the travel if your keen to go walking...then i must say its ok for the value they are offering..but i have seen much more hostels offering a lot more amenities in other states ...this was my first in hampi though..Try it at your choice..An honest review!

The space is limited & feels conjusted..mosquitoes fans work really slow..charging points are old sockets..i didnt find this place completely clean dust & spider webs ...they need to work on basic amenities & proper cleanliness....As it is said clesnlinwss is next to Godliness.. These are suggestions & not complaints!

Loved my stay at Hearthspace in Hampi. The room was clean, the garden with the common area was nice. Met some amazing other people there - I think the place attracts people with a real backpacking spirit. Sayali was super friendly and helpful. Had an absolutely amazing time there!

It's a simple and basic accommodation, so don't come here if you expect luxury. Do come though if you expect a great atmosphere with lovely people.

It is an small hidden gem. Not such a commercial please. It is for the authentic backpackers. The hosts are great! And it feels if your living together with 10 backpackers in one house.

Hard to reach in early morning. But thats is okay.

The restaurant in front had good food and cheap. There was hot water in the bucket.

Im sorry for bringing the honest review, but there is no way this hostel deserve so many good reviews and a 9 on Booking. I felt like I was sleeping on a rural house. There is no sign outside saying its a hostel (i arrived alone at night and didnt find it, and during the day i confirmed there wasnt). To enter you literally have to pass through cows. The beds were not confortable (i couldnt sleep a whole night without hip pain, it looked like I was sleeping on the floor). The bathroom was outdoors and didnt had much light, it had a lot of bugs (ants coming to my towel while I showered). The common space outside didnt have much light, i couldnt read properly at night. The location is not good, i dont understand why other people say it was. To visit south hampi (where the main focus of your trip should be if you have a short amount of time) you have to walk for 50min and then take a small boat. You can hitchhike if you want. Overall very disappointing...
